We use the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate our coffee.
We use only pure water and carbon dioxide in our decaffeinating process.

At Mount Hagen, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to safety and health reasons, we do not accept returns. 

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product or if the item is incorrect, please contact us via our contact page and attach a clear photo of the shipping label and the damaged or defective item. If eligible, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement. Please note that refunds are not available for items other than damaged or defective products.
