Eligibility:
We do not allow returns for food products due to safety and health reasons.

    Damaged or Defective Products:

    If you receive a damaged or defective product or if the item is incorrect, please contact us at coffee@mounthagencoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach a clear photo of the shipping label (including your name and address), and of the damaged or defective item.

      Refund Process:

      Upon review and verification, we will either initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or send you a replacement of your original order.

        Non-Refundable Items:

        Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available for items other than damaged or defective products.
